Delivery Policy

Lucky Rentals LLC provides flexible options for vehicle pickup and optional delivery services to ensure a seamless rental experience.

Vehicle Pickup

  • Customers may pick up their reserved vehicle at our designated location.

  • A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance must be presented at the time of pickup.

  • A pre-rental inspection will be performed with the renter present.

  • The vehicle will be released only to the individual listed on the rental agreement.

Optional Delivery Service
We may offer delivery within a defined service radius for an additional fee. Delivery must be arranged in advance and is subject to vehicle availability.

  • The renter must be present to sign paperwork and complete identity verification.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic or external factors.

Return Requirements

  • Vehicles must be returned to the agreed-upon location unless delivery pickup was arranged.

  • The vehicle must be returned on time, with the same fuel level and in the same condition, subject to normal wear.

Failure to Pick Up or Accept Delivery
Missed pickup or delivery may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation per our Terms & Conditions.
