By booking or renting a vehicle from Lucky Rentals LLC (“Lucky Rentals,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

Renters must be age 21+ (or the age specified by state law).
A valid driver’s license and active full-coverage insurance are required.
We reserve the right to reject any rental request based on verification results.

Rental Agreement
All renters must sign a Rental Contract, present identification, and provide insurance details. The rental begins only when all documents are approved.

Use of Vehicle

Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or off-road use.
Only approved drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle.
Mileage limits, fuel requirements, and usage restrictions apply.

Payments & Deposits

Payment is due before the rental begins.
A refundable security deposit may be required and is returned after inspection.
Additional fees may apply for mileage overages, late returns, fuel shortages, cleaning, smoking, or damage.

Breakdowns & Accidents

Renters must notify us immediately of any incident.
Renters are responsible for damages unless otherwise covered by their insurance or optional protection packages (if offered).

Cancellations & No-Shows
Our cancellation policy may vary; details are outlined during booking. Failure to appear for pickup without notice may result in cancellation fees.

Liability
Renters assume full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period. Lucky Rentals is not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle or for financial losses resulting from rental delays.

Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.
