Cancellations Before Pickup

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable unless approved by management.
No-Show Policy
If the renter does not appear for pickup without prior notice, the reservation is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Early Returns
Returning a vehicle before the end of the rental period does not guarantee a partial refund.
Non-Refundable Charges
Refunds do not apply to:

Cleaning fees

Smoking violations

Additional mileage

Damage-related charges

Delivery fees already completed
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
